AutoVault is intended for personal use to track and manage vehicle-related information. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its functionality.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

AutoVault offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings

All purchases are processed by the respective platform (Apple or Google). Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's or Google Play's support services.

AutoVault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ECLX Systems is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

We may update or modify the app and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
